Task: Implement a rooftop solar power plant project to compensate for its own consumption and the sale of surplus electricity to the grid. Works to be performed on a turnkey basis.

Solution: A team of Ukrainian specialists Alteco, together with our office in the Republic of Poland, completed a project of a rooftop solar station at a commercial facility.

During the implementation of the project, modern equipment was used (JA Solar solar modules, Huawei inverter, Tigo optimizers).

Functions of the Alteco company: Design, supply, installation, commissioning, warranty.

Result: A solar station with a capacity of 42.8 kW was put into operation. The project was completed in compliance with all European norms and rules, and also meets the requirements of Polish legislation.

Solution:

A team of Ukrainian specialists Alteco, together with our office in the Republic of Poland, completed a project of a rooftop solar station at a commercial facility.

During the implementation of the project, modern equipment was used (JA Solar solar modules, Huawei inverter, Tigo optimizers).

126 JA Solar JAM60S10-340/MR solar modules (PERC, Half-cell, Multi-Bus-Bar technologies) were mounted on the ballast structures.The network inverter Huawei SUN2000-36KTL is installed– a well-proven industrial inverter (rated power – 36 kW, maximum – 40 kW, 4 MPPT).

Tigo TS4-A-0 power optimizers are used in the solution to minimize the influence of shading and take maximum power from the panels.

The station is connected and registered in the Huawei FusionSolar cloud monitoring, the monitoring device is Huawei Smartlogger 1000A.

Functions of Alteco company:

1) Design.

– The calculation of the solar station generation and 3D modeling with the arrangement of solar panels have been made.

– Using the constructed 3D modeling, the movements of shadows were calculated and a nontrivial problem of optimal placement of solar modules was solved:

— minimization of losses from shadowing by external objects;

— minimization of the influence of inter-row shading of modules in the morning and in the evening, as well as in winter;

— maximizing productivity through an electrical solution.

The optimal configuration of solar fields and electrical switching of strings with the separation of multidirectional solar arrays and modules, which are affected by shading, have been implemented. Power optimizers are installed on the individual modules that are most affected by shading.

– Design documentation has been developed – connection diagrams, equipment switching, description of the system configuration.

2) Supply and quality control of equipment and materials.

3) Installation of solar modules, inverter, cable lines.

4) Commissioning of the SPP complex.

– Setting up and commissioning a solar power plant

– Remote monitoring connection

5)Warranty.

– All equipment has international quality certificates. The work was carried out in accordance with Polish norms and rules.

– Also, our specialists carry out maintenance of the station and timely update of the software.

Result: A solar station with a capacity of 42.8 kW was put into operation. The project was completed in compliance with all European norms and rules, and also meets the requirements of Polish legislation.
