Objective:<\/strong> Implementation of acommercial solar power plant project to generate electricity to grid at a “green” tariff.<\/p>\n

Project status:<\/strong>Solar power plant has put into operation.<\/p>\n

Alteco<\/strong> company acted as the EPC-contractor<\/strong> for this project and performed the following functions:<\/p>\n

– Analysis of the existing site of the Customer and 3D modeling of the future SPP;
\n– Analysis of the previously obtained technical specifications and their correction;
\n– Drawing up a technical assignment for carrying out geological and geodetic works;
\n– Drawing up an application for obtaining urban planning conditions and restrictions;
\n– Development of design and estimate documentation for the SPP (including video surveillance, automation and monitoring systems);
\n– Development of design and estimate documentation for the connection of the SPP to the Distribution System Operator (DSO) – including sections of relay protection and ASCEM project;
\n– Preparation of contracts with DSO for connection of the facility;
\n– Coordination of design and estimate documentation;
\n– Drawing up technical specifications for manufacturers for the supply of equipment and materials;
\n– Delivery, quality control, acceptance of equipment and materials at the construction site of the Customer;
\n– Execution of construction and installation work for SPP;
\n– Carrying out test works;
\n– Start-up and commissioning of equipment;
\n– Obtaining a license for electricity generation in NCSREU;
\n– Obtaining a “green” tariff in NCSREU;
\n– Preparation of contracts for the distribution, transmission and metering of electricity with DSO, TSO (Transmission System Operator);
\n– Preparation of contracts for the purchasing and selling of electricity;
\n– Obtaining permits for power supply from the competent supervisory authorities;
\n– Putting into trial operation of the facility;
\n– Organization of departure of the accounting service for adjustment and sealing of metering devices;
\n– Commissioning of the SPP into commercial operation;
\n– Preparation of a package of documents for signing an agreement between the Customer and the SE “Guaranteed Buyer”.<\/p>\n
